The food was great but due to the busy weekend it did take a long time to receive our food but they did give us a heads up about the delay when we ordered our food. “ Great customer service! At the beginning we were so confused. It looked like a traditional restaurant and we waited to be seated. Table was ready but no one leaded us. Then we found out we should order first. Finally we requested to be seated and studied the menu. After group discussion, ordered was placed. We were told the Tri Tip was a must try. The manager helped us to exchanged our order from chicken to tri tip. Afterwards, we found an item that we didn't make. The manager was very nice to adjusted for us and told us to keep that item. Somehow the adjustment on the receipt showed the tips was credited to my card as well. Since they had great service, how can't we pay the tips ”
“ We had a catering event for 50 people in the outside patio this past December. It was in the evening so it was cold. The heat lamps were turned on and the curtains were closed so it was nice and toasty. The food tables were set up buffet style and decorated with nice linens. A staff was assigned to assist with the event. The food was always delicious. Highly recommended for a large group event of up to 75 people. ”
